Guidelines & Commitments
Guiding Principles
This work is rooted in humility, compassion, and integrity. We're collaborating with forces larger than ourselves—the land, spirit, your own soul. I'm here as a guide, not as someone with all the answers.
This is relational work. If something I mirror back doesn't resonate, tell me. If an invitation feels off, say so. We can pivot. Your honesty helps us find what's true. The work moves at soul's pace—some sessions will feel like breakthrough, others like quiet planting. Both matter.
Everything we share is held in confidence. What emerges between us is sacred.
How to Prepare
You're starting a new journey—make it feel like one!
Get a journal that feels special. Something you'll want to write in. This is where you'll track your dreams, images, what stirs on the land, what moves in our sessions. Your psyche speaks in symbols—this journal becomes a map of your unfolding.
Create a sacred space for our sessions. It could be a corner of your room with a blanket and a cushion. You could light a candle or not. Play music beforehand to shift your energy. Brew tea. Whatever helps you arrive with intention and mark this time as different. The point is: arrive. Not on your phone while multitasking. Not squeezing this between meetings. Give yourself the gift of being fully here.
Find your land. You'll need access to land where you can wander. I understand not everyone has access to wild places. If you do, beautiful. If you're in an urban area, a park works just fine. And if you want to gift yourself experiences of venturing out to more remote places when you can? Even better.
Your Commitments
Consistency. We meet every 2-3 weeks. The work builds through continuity.
Respect for time. If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged $60. This honors the ceremonial container we're creating together.
The land work. Between sessions, you'll receive invitations to take onto the land. Yes, it's an invitation—but the work only goes as deep as you're willing to go. Here's the thing: this applies no matter how cold it gets (yes, even then 😉). There will be a million things going on. Your mind will convince you it's too busy, too cold, too much. That resistance? That's exactly where the work happens. The land is waiting. Show up anyway.
Honesty. About what resonates and what doesn't. What's calling and what's resisting. What feels true and what feels off. Your truth is the ground we build on.
Willingness. To not know. To be confused. To sit with mystery. Soul work doesn't move in straight lines.
Time. This requires a minimum 3-month commitment—and could go longer if needed or wanted. Give yourself space to let this work you.
