Mentorship
Welcome.
Something brought you here. Maybe you can't name it yet, but you feel that pull.
Soul speaks through allurements, through the things that intrigue you, that ignite your curiosity and wonder. Through the ache that you can't explain but also can't ignore.
That's how our soul works—it calls, and if you're listening, you answer.
I'm so glad you’re here.
I want to talk to you—heart to heart—about what this is. And why it matters.
I'm not here to give you all the answers.
This mentorship is highly experiential and embodied.
Soul and nature are your primary guides.
Somewhere along the way, we lost the ability to listen. To the living world—the trees, the land, the more-than-human beings. To the intelligence that moves through everything. To our own souls, which are part of that same intelligence.
This mentorship brings it back. Not through more information, but through direct experience. Through relationship. You develop your own agency—your capacity to know and trust yourself and the web of relations you're part of.
We descend into your inner ecosystem—the wounds, the gifts, the medicine. We do this in dialogue with the outer ecosystem. Your inner world and the living world mirror each other. We go beneath who you were taught to be to discover who you actually are.
This is slow work. Soul work takes time.
How We'll Work Together
-
I track and connect the threads of your life—what's moving beneath, what's trying to emerge. I mirror back what I perceive.
The land, spirit, and your own soul are the primary teachers. I'm collaborating with them, holding space for what wants to come through.
I'm a guide. A collaborator. I bring 15+ years of training, experience, deep apprenticeship and study to this work.

Council— A ceremonial way of speaking and listening rooted in indigenous practices. We create a sacred container where soul can emerge. We slow down, listen from a place deeper than our everyday minds, and speak from the heart—not from the ego's agenda, but from what's true.
(This means we're not problem-solving or giving advice. We're listening for what wants to be spoken from a deeper place.)
Mirroring — I reflect back what I perceive moving beneath the surface. The soul qualities trying to emerge. The deeper patterns in your life—the recurring themes, the images, the ways your psyche is trying to get your attention through dreams and symptoms.
This isn't interpretation or analysis. I'm tracking what's already there but not yet visible to you.
Deep Imagery — Working with the images that arise from your psyche—from dreams, active imagination, or spontaneous inner vision. We follow these images, allowing them to unfold and reveal what your soul is communicating. Images are the language of the psyche. They hold truths the thinking mind cannot access.
Soul Flight (Shamanic Journeying)— Entering a deep, trance-like state (similar to meditation but more directed) to access the imaginal realm—the inner landscape where you can meet guides, allies, and aspects of yourself that have been lost or hidden.
This is an ancient practice used across cultures for accessing what lies beyond the ego's everyday awareness. You might journey to retrieve a lost part of yourself, receive guidance, or meet a helping spirit.
Ceremony — Ritual acts that mark thresholds and transitions. We create sacred containers to honor what needs honoring, release what needs releasing, and invite what wants to come through. Ceremony makes the invisible visible.
(For example: creating a ritual to mark the end of a relationship, burning what you're ready to release, burying something to symbolize letting go, or calling in what you're ready to receive.)
Ancestral Healing— Working with the lineages you carry—the patterns, wounds, and gifts passed down through your family and culture. We tend to what's been inherited—both the trauma and the medicine. This work recognizes that healing yourself also heals the ancestral line.
Parts Work — Working with the different inner voices or subpersonalities we all have. The protective part that keeps you from taking risks. The wounded part that still feels like a scared child. The part that numbs out when things get hard. We help these parts be seen, heard, and integrated. When they're no longer running the show, your essential wholeness—what IFS calls Self—can lead. This creates the conditions for you to access your soul.
(For example: the part of you that sabotages relationships, the part that's terrified of being seen, the part that people-pleases—we work with them directly.)
-
We meet every 2-3 weeks for about 75 minutes.
Between sessions, you receive invitations tailored to your process: practices, reflections, ceremonies to take onto the land.
-
The land speaks in images, patterns, and encounters—mirrors for what's moving in your psyche.
But you're not going out there to work on yourself. You're letting the land work you. Allowing yourself to be moved, taught, shown. This is re-indigenizing—learning to be in relationship again, to trust the vast community of intelligences.
Before we go further, please carefully read the Guidelines & Commitments —it lays out the principles that guide our work, how to prepare and what this work asks of you.
Why This Work Matters
We're living in a culture that is fundamentally broken. That treats everything—including you—as a resource to be extracted. Where even healing has become a commodity.
The default approaches—self-help, productivity, symptom management—are designed to help you function better within this dysfunction. To cope. To survive. To optimize yourself for a system that is killing life.
But deep healing isn't just about functioning better. It's about becoming your unique self and offering that self in service to the world.
We need people living from their truest purpose. Because your soul's purpose and what the world needs aren't separate. They're the same thing.
This is the work of our times. Hospicing the dying world. Midwifing what's next. Building cultures of repair.
This work stands on the shoulders of many—elders, ancestors, teachers, and the Earth herself.
It's grounded in over fifteen years of deep healing and soul initiation—doing the work myself before ever offering it to others.
It's informed by years of devoted study with world-renowned Indigenous elders across Abya Yala—learning animist lifeways and ethics through direct relationship, wilderness immersions, and serving as a guardian in traditional plant medicine ceremonies.
It's been deepened by over a decade building a massage therapy practice and an insatiable curiosity—studying cross-cultural healing systems, depth psychology, mythology, religion, and spirituality in every free moment.
It’s deeply shaped by my lived experience as a queer, first-generation Latina New Yorker of Dominican and Cuban heritage, carrying Spanish settler colonial, Slavic, and Afro-Indigenous Arawak Taíno lineages.
And it continues to be shaped by the accountability of tending to my ancestral tensions and lineages. By my ongoing commitment to unlearning supremacist, colonial logics. And my utter love for this world and humanity!
